Impatience is a Virtue - An evening of inspiration
On September 7th Virgin Media Pioneers will host Impatience is a Virtue, an evening of creative entertainment and interactive installations at the Royal Opera House, London. Impatience is a characteristic that many young entrepreneurs can relate to, from having a great idea and wishing to put plans into action immediately. Impatience can be seen as a vice, but this event celebrates impatience and says Why wait? Channel your impatience to work proactively and go ahead and ask questions.
The evening aims to celebrate and engage young entrepreneurs to explore the UK's creative industries, continuing on from this years national pride and celebrations. Under Wraps: Touring Exhibition
Brief: Create a campaign and brand that would evoke curiosity and entertain people in a hospital environment
Details: A touring art gallery around UK hospitals, showcasing contemporary artists work; offering staff, patients & visitors a chance to see creativity where they wouldn’t normally.

Canterbury Oast Trust
C.O.T is a charity based in East sussex that was founded by parents of children that had learning difficulties. They wished to create a community in which young adults and adults with learning difficulties could both live and work. Canterbury Oast Trust offers the local community a rare breeds farm, resturant, plant nursary and beautiful function rooms, these ventures have given people with learning difficulties various open minded work places, which serve the wider community.
The charity wished to make the public more aware of what they have to offer and inform people of great days out around the trust's attractions. The brand is based on country fair rosettes as the attractions offer a winning day out for families. 2012 Branding, Graphic Design -
Introducing: Ba Hons Photography Degree Show
Brief: Create a catalogue for the BA hons photography 2011 Degree Show
Detail: A USB drive to replace the printed catalogue of students work, offering visitors something different and more practical to take away. Each student’s page on the flash magazine is hyper linked to their email and web page, making contact between visitors and students easier and more direct. Penguin Book Cover
Brief: Create a cover that engages people with the complex narrative
of One Hundred Years of Solitude
Detail: The book tells a rich tale of the Buenda’s family and how a generation’s traits and actions impact on future relations. It is important that the cover represents an element that transcends the ages. The golden fish’s made by a second generation Buenda son represent different beliefs and ethics for different characters, their value and aesthetic adjusts throughout the story mimicking the rise and fall of the family members lives. 2012 Graphic Design, Illustration
